Meet The Team
Founded in 2009 by Leslie Vuchot, The Festival Agency provides filmmakers & sales agents with full consultancy services on international and festival strategies and manages bookings from submissions to logistics and servicing. Clients include HanWay Films, StudioCanal, Pathé International, Wild Bunch, XYZ films, Film Constellation and Altitude Films.

Leslie Vuchot is the CEO and founder of The Festival Agency. Since launching end of 2009, TFA has managed the career trajectory and international bookings for more than 250 films, in support of sales agents, distributors or filmmakers directly.
TFA currently operates worldwide, with offices in Paris, France. Born in Paris, Leslie holds a postgraduate degree in Entertainment Law in La Sorbonne. After spending 4 years developing TFA in LA, she is now back in Paris with her family.

Fanny joined TFA in January 2020 and quickly demonstrated a strong understanding of the film industry and the company’s unique positioning.
With a background in Finance and a Master’s in Media and Creative Industries from Sciences Po Paris, she brings both analytical and creative insight to her role.
Promoted to Executive Director in May 2023, she now oversees the day-to-day management of the team and business operations, while also coordinating one-off, high-profile projects and managing relationships with rights holders.

After two years at Crunchyroll in film distribution, Manon joined The Festival Agency as Festivals and Bookings Manager.
With a background in cultural and international diplomacy and a particular interest in animated and Spanish-language cinema, she now oversees the South American, Japanese, and North American territories.
Manon is passionate about fostering cultural connections through film and advocating for diverse cinematic voices on the global stage.

Cultural professional with a background in visual arts, Jenny began her career in Switzerland, working as an exhibition curator, educator, and manager of contemporary art spaces.
As Artistic Director and Programmer of the Hong Kong French Film Festival, she also led the cultural programming at the Alliance Française. Since 2022, she has been working at The Festival Agency, curating and promoting film collections for international festivals and French Institutes worldwide.

After two years as an English teacher in Mayotte, Cécile returned to her first passion—cinema.
She joined The Festival Agency 18 months ago as an intern and quickly rose to Festivals and Bookings Manager, overseeing key markets across Southern and Eastern Europe.
Deeply interested in cultural mediation, she contributes to the programming of special screenings at a Parisian cinema, combining her love for film with her dedication to audience engagement and cultural outreach.

Anouk began her studies in law before shifting focus to audiovisual distribution and production, and is now in her final year of study. Prior to joining The Festival Agency, she gained experience through internships at production companies, where she was involved in film production from start to finish.
As a passionate advocate for art house cinema, Anouk has contributed to the production of several student short films and is actively involved with a film club in Belleville.
Currently, she works as a coordinator at The Festival Agency, where she keeps programmers up to date with the company’s latest highlights, contributes to the re-release of classic films, and assists in organising special screenings at a Parisian cinema.

After postgraduate studies in public policy and cultural management at Paris Dauphine University, Eva joined The Festival Agency this year as Festivals and Bookings Sales Assistant.
She has worked with several film festivals and institutions in France and abroad. Her experience includes programming, logistics, and supporting international film projects – including in Cannes for La Fabrique Cinéma.
She is especially interested in international arthouse and heritage cinema, and has conducted research on film funding and cultural diplomacy.
